Note: Curse is better then Assault for Wraith/Chaos at level 300. Curse is the same as Shadow Blade when at level 300(You choose either SB Buffs or Curse Buffs).
Note: Math for Curse [ 2 second cast time + Assault buff -1.0s = 1 second / 2 = 0.5 cast time || 1 second cast time + Curse rank 4 buff -0.8 = 0.2s / 2 = 0.1s]
