On top of that I found usefull using live templates. The thing is that if you have a large number of pages already done it is a pain to redo them. And also with some page should have a different layout it would become a problem.
That is why using includes works just fine. An example can be found here.

Also I found it strange that you don't have a menu for quick moving around the pages. The one on the main page doesn't count. Also you might want to add a hover effect on the items of that menu.

The basic recipe can result in B or A grade altars, the advanced recipe can create B A or S grade.
B grade names are like Fire Altar
A grade names are like Highgrade Fire Altar 1
S grade names r like Royal Fire Altar 2
This is the same for lv50 and lv60 altars.

Following the order Ray/Ice/Fire.

lv40 altars cost 40 set points.

lv50 altars
Velocity Altar/Light Altar/Flame Altar
materials usage is like for the lv40 stuff only these use lv41 materials as expected, and the precious materials r needed 5 each instead of 6 each like the lv40 ones.
def material names are Hard Cranium, Live Ghost
50 set points

lv60 altars
Particle Altar/Zero Altar/Hell Altar
Needs only 4 precious materials each altar.

60 set points

As far as I know theres no lv70 or higher level altars in the game yet.

Where to obtain the recipes?
basic lv40 and lv50 recipes can be gotten from npc
Probably levelup lucky bags can give any of the advanced recipes.
Heaven generals lucky bag can contain advanced recipes I think.
Azrael leader can drop lv60 basic recipes.
Its rare stuff, but few people buy it so its possible to obtain.
The market does not offer altars too often, probably because leagues consider them a strategic resource they dont wanna share with enemies. No-league people cannot get the materials to make them.
I really wanna mention that during war time altars are easy to install if u have them in your inventory. Only league members with a rank that was upgraded at least once can install or remove them.

I have a custom renderer that I programmed, but half the bosses and some of the icons are missing because they (UserJoy) like to change the color of existing sprites and icons to make new ones, and I haven't figured out how that works yet, and don't know if I ever will be able to.

I'm not willing to release this program publicly either, for fear of legal ramifications. I've already done enough to attract unwanted attention, I would rather not pour salt in the wounds I've created. It's one thing to show what I have already, and quite another to give everyone the keys to any and all artwork from the game.

I ran aoi's packripper and I am now trying to find the iconsof the game. Is there any standard program for it? I think the icons are in the shp file or the spr file, though not sure

According to Aoi's Monstrous Grimoire (kudos), the following bosses drop things:

plan2 black knight boots: Steel Clamp (BOSS), North of Mirror Lake
plan2 black knight cuffs: Death Cyclone (BOSS), Dragon graveyard
plan2 black knight helmet: Savage Header (BOSS), thorn wasteland
plan2 black knight armor: Savage Chief Apu (BOSS), thorn wasteland

If anyone can confirm these drops great, and if anyone has addenda for other drops, great too :)

As long as AO is running it is constantly taking stuff out of the Pak files, so it just keeps it open the whole time. You'll get the same error message from the AO client if you start the ripping process and then try to launch AO.
